About Me
I am lucky to get to work as a freelance artist, running so many different kinds of workshops with little ones, to older adults and everyone in between. Sharing craft knowledge and ideas with people is so lovely. Creating things is what brings people together and brings a little bit of magic into every day.
My Favourite Things
I love painting with my watercolours, inspired by nature and magical creatures. I just love animals, nature and exploring new places, so my husband and I will spend our spare time going to castles and forests for a spot of painting.
My Area of Expertise
I am a puppet maker and puppeteer and co-run my own puppet theatre company. I trained as an animator at uni and then went on to train as a ceramics painter at a little studio near me. I have always been a maker and interested in acting, so all of these skills and interests combined led me to puppetry! I also create watercolour illustrations and shoulder dragon puppets that I sell at markets with my husband.
