If you find arts and crafts daunting don’t be, everyone is creative, just in their own way. There’s no right or wrong way to be creative, the important thing is to have fun and enjoy yourself, and when you do it always shows through.
My Favourite Things
Generally if its crafty I’m there. I love playing and getting creative, whether it’s sewing together a new outfit or trying out pottery for the first time. I’m a keen drawer and living by the coast, find constant inspiration from the sea and natural landscape which I translate onto cloth through screen printing and mark making.
My Area of Expertise
A jack of all trades, I love all things crafty and textiles! Having studied Textiles at University, over the years’ I’ve learnt how to screen print, embroider, knit and sew. Most recently I’ve really gotten into upcycling and mending techniques, and natural dyeing using local plants and food waste.
