About Me
I really enjoy working with so many different people, helping to overcome any initial lack of confidence and bring out their personalities through these creative sessions. Everyone starts off with the same materials, and yet by the end of the session each person has made something so different and unique to them.
My Favourite Things
When I'm not making, I love music - I sing and play keyboard and ukulele, and I recently started doing some live cabaret performing. I love to make my own costumes too!
My Area of Expertise
I'm a milliner and textile artist under the name Madame B's Boutique. I trained in millinery at London College of Fashion and have since expanded into embroidery, costume making and fabric upcycling/refashioning. I design and make accessories including hats, wedding veils and fabric flowers, while also offering refashioning and upcycling services.
