Based on our popular Christmas Cracker workshop, as seen in the Independent, using this crafty kit, you will make six coordinating crackers to get into the spirit of the season.

Personalise each cracker with a name tag and use as place settings around the table come Christmas day, or fill with individual gifts to hand out to your closest friends and family.

Follow our step by step illustrated guide to fire up your imagination and create handmade crackers from scratch. Perfect to make at home, or to enjoy as a group over some mulled wine as you come up with your best (or rather worst!) Christmas jokes to add inside each cracker!

With labels included to customise each cracker, you can use your eco-friendly crackers as DIY place settings around the dinner table, or add thoughtful small pressies inside to create unique gift crackers.

Once pulled, your crackers can be recycled, aside for the ribbons and trims which can be easily repurposed (perfect to pimp your gift wrapping).

The kits come in a range of themes and colour ways. Go contemporary and make Nordic Noir crackers, with a minimalist black, gold and white colour palette, geometric prints and contemporary sparkly trims. Make it a funky Christmas with pom pom topped crackers, bold leopard print inspired patterns and colourful ribbons. Keep things seasonally chic with Winter Wonderland inspired blues, greys and white, complete with rustic trims to top off your set of handmade crackers. Or opt for a fresh Arctic Dawn theme with dusky blues and blush pink seasonal patterns, topped with a mini wooden snowflake. Or mix and match between kits to create a totally unique set!

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The kit will contain everything you need to make six bespoke crackers, blank joke slips, name tags, cracker snaps and quality paper hats, as well as inspiration and top tips to inspire your designs. All you’ll need to provide is a pair of scissors, any gifts you want to include and some festive spirit! A lighter / matches are useful but not essential to the make.

Our illustrated instructions will guide you through the process step by step. Colour representations shown are for illustrative purposes only. Exact contents may vary in each kit as materials will be handpicked to coordinate beautifully within the general theme. Images are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly in real life to how they appear on screen.
