You may remember we revealed earlier this year that The Crafty Hen was lucky enough to be nominated for 5* Customer Service Award. Well, drum roll please!
We won!
Earlier this month, we headed along to the very glamourous Guides for Brides wedding awards ceremony in Mayfair, London, chatted with some great wedding suppliers, sipped some fizz and marvelled at the grand decor of our surroundings at No.4 Hamilton Place. So when our name was read out to go up on stage to receive our 5* customer service award we only had our amazing crafty hen customers to thank! The awards were judged based only upon the quality of the feedback and reviews submitted by past crafty hen's when they nominated us over and over again for this award.
Here at The Crafty Hen, we are all so over the moon that our services are rated so highly, and so pleased to hear just how much our customers appreciate our friendly and approachable service.
So, we've cleared a special space on our window ledge for our fancy glass trophy and mounted our certificate on the wall as a reminder, day in day out, to keep our 5* service up to scratch and keep making our customers happy!
