Secure a Date

If you have a date and time in mind, first and foremost, get in touch via info@thecraftyhen.co.uk to check availability. Virtual workshops are subject to availability and are not secured until payment has been received and we have responded to confirm.
Your payment acts as a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Please enter your unique reference number on pop up box, so we can identify your payment, then proceed to the checkout to complete payment.

Activities Available

We have a range of virtual workshop activties available, listed here. Everyone in the group must work on the same kit activity, (eg. everyone makes a flower crown, or everyone makes a pair of nipple tassels, etc.).

Confirming Group Size

We realise your numbers may change a little but ask for a final head count at least 3 weeks before your session. At this point, the remaining balance is due as per the booking terms. We’ll be in touch shortly before the balance is due to confirm your group size. You’ll need to order one materials parcel per person, you can pick each guest’s material colours and it will be dispatched directly to each recipient ahead of the virtual workshop date. We’ll require their names, email addresses, and delivery addresses at this point.

On The Day

We ask all individuals taking part to connect to the online workshop via a good wifi connection, using a laptop / large screen rather than a mobile phone where possible. Sitting at a table to spread all your materials out on would be perfect. Each workshop differs in requirements, so if you are unsure, please ask. Whilst we’ll send out all the main materials in advance, some activties will need additional tools to be provided by individuals on the day, for example, scissors, an iron, lighter, etc. We will make you aware of such items in advance.
