Who doesn't like Laura Ashley fabrics and wallpapers?
When a huge delivery of beautifully printed wallpapers and rolls of lovely fabric arrived at Crafty HQ, we were all dreaming of which Laura Ashley prints we would most like to decorate our homes with. But, instead, we behaved ourselves and kept all the latest Spring/Summer fabrics and wallpapers ready to run another bespoke blogger workshop.
For this crafty event, Joe Blogs invited lots of wonderful bloggers who descended upon Bristol for an afternoon of chatting, tea and crafting Laura Ashley style.
Following on from the success of our #HillarysCrafternoon events all over the UK, we decided to again get busy making bespoke notebook covers with all our lovely bloggers. This time of course using a combination of Laura Ashley wallpaper and fabrics to create the crafty book covers. Our packing team had a great time picking out all the perfect buttons, ribbons, lace and trims to co-ordinate with the new Laura Ashley SS15 range so all our bloggers could also customise their bespoke notebooks, making each one unique!
In the second half of our #LauraAshleyCrafts event, we took our bloggers on a crash course in making Textile Accessories using the remaining Laura Ashley fabrics and lots more buttons. There were certainly some very colourful and creative fascinators made! We were very impressed.
