About Me

To learn new things is so important. It’s the learning and passing on of information that keeps me buzzing, and this is why I love to teach. I love anything dramatic and so for me, the fascinator workshop has to be my favourite.

My Favourite Things

My inspiration comes directly from nature and it provides beautifully! I work with luxurious natural fibres such as mulberry silk, merino wool, alpaca and spider silk. When I’m not busy in the kitchen dyeing and felting, you might find me in the Savernake forest foraging for mushrooms.

Area of Expertise

I love working with wool. The transformation from wool to felt never ceases to amaze me and the creative possibilities are endless.

It made a nice relaxed afternoon with a feel-good positive outcome for all involved. Gina was very patient and encouraging, and brought a lovely range of materials to choose from. Thanks!
