How long have you been running your crafty parties?
We are the original nationwide crafty party provider! Plus we are lucky enough to have won awards for our 5* customer service too.
For around six years we have been taking our crafty hen parties, our creative corporate events, our quirky Christmas crafternoons and even our alternative baby shower activities all around England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. (Prior to this we ran sessions across the South of England for 8 years).

We take the time and effort to put together the perfect craft party package for everyone who books with us, tailoring the materials to your specific requests, coming to you at you chosen venue at whatever time suits you the best, and providing high quality contemporary and vintage materials for everyone to dig into on the day. We scout out only the best crafts people to join our brood of Little Hens, so we can be sure that they can pass on their wealth of expertise to you all whilst having fun in a creative yet informal environment.
Can you cater for events other than hen parties?
We realise the majority of options here on the website are very much aimed at hen parties, so if you have another event that you are interested in a craft workshop for, get in touch and we can discuss some alternative options with you. All our team are used to catering for varied audiences and include children. Any people working with young people are also CRB/ DBS checked.
Where do you travel to?
We cover the whole of the UK, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, we have members of our team based right across these areas, so we can be sure we can cover your party! We’ve run sessions in Edinburgh and down to Cornwall, Glasgow to Kent, Belfast to Brighton, Cardiff to Norfolk, and everywhere in between... you get the idea... we can come to you anywhere!
Can we do more than one activity in our session?
Although technically we can cater for more than one option, we encourage you not to for a number of reasons. Firstly it really divides the group and at a party its great to have all those involved working on something similar, so everyone can share in the same great experience. We would also in all likelyhood need to provide more than one tutor, therefore you would need a minimum of 10 people taking part in each activity, to make it cost effective for you.
We often have men join in our classes, so this isn't a problem at all! In the past we have had men customising pants, making flower crowns, origami flowers, and even making garters! We are happy to provide some more man friendly materials as well, just let us know to expect any gentlemen!
There is a man in our group, can you cater for him?
Well that is up to you! Most of our hen party and baby shower groups choose Saturdays whilst many of our team building sessions and our Christmas works party classes run on week day evenings. We can cater for any day of the week, and time you require. We don’t have set times for our sessions and can work around you and your plans. It’s worth keeping in mind that we need a little time to set up our sessions, anything between 10 to 30 minutes, but this varies from session to session.
On what day or time can we have our party?
Between 2 & 3 hours depending on the session, check out the individual session pages to find out more. If you choose a bespoke session this may vary a little depending upon the activity.
How long are the craft sessions?
Anywhere really! As long as there is enough space for everyone to sit down, preferably around a table and a place for us to spread out our materials. Some activities require specific facilities and will be noted on the workshop listing, but we'll advise you of this further upon booking / enquiring.
Where can we have our session?
Yes, we have a long list of specially selected venues in towns and cities across the UK, so we can make suggestions based on your enquiry when you get in touch.
Can you help us find a venue?
Of course! The more the merrier! Some of our sessions lend themselves particularly well for larger groups, such as our knicker customisation session or flower crown workshop. We have worked with groups of up to 45 people for hen parties, and up to 400 for other types of events. We can easily cater and adapt sessions for any group size. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Do you cater for large groups?
No. You pay the amount per person for the session, there are no extras to this. We have our team based all over the UK, so usually we provide the closest person to your venue. The only exception to this maybe if you are in very remote places, like the Scottish islands or Highlands. We will inform you of this with your enquiry if this is applicable.

Often yes, with some areas of the UK we are very covered, others we always like to keep people on file, ready for any sessions that may come up. If you feel you have what it takes to become one of our fun, friendly workshop leaders and have experience of teaching crafts, including textiles and jewellery making, please get in touch and we'll give you full application details. Please note we are not seeking workshop proposals.
